Grand Cayman Fishing Report Grand Cayman Fishing Report for December 12, 2022. Captain Omar from Morning Spirt Charters headed to the East End in his 34′ Crusader and filled the fish box! On Sunday, he was fishing in a local tournament that included 10 boats and some of the most experienced anglers from West Bay. This tournament is for local bragging rights. Captain Omar loves and lives to fish. He knows the local water and techniques as well as anyone.  His motto for Morning Spirit Charters is “WE FISH HARD!”  Congratulations to Captain Omar, his 2 sons Teyon and Teron, and his mate Erold! Fishing Season is Here on Grand Cayman!

Grand Cayman Fishing The fish are biting, and our Grand Cayman Fishing Charters and their guest have been catching some great fish!  Wahoo fishing has picked up. Captain Charlie of Captian Charlie Charters landed some big wahoo last week, Hot Boat! WildCard, Captain Charlie’s 41′ Luhrs, was a great choice for his guests! Last week guests caught multiple Wahoo, Mahi (dolphin), Blackfin Tuna and a few big Baracuda. His guest had a Grand Time in Grand Cayman! Guest of Captain Stephen of Reel Vibes Charters caught some once fish too! Guest caught Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna. Captain Omar from Morning Spirit Charters took some guest reef fishing and help them to catch a few nice snappers for dinner!

Grand Cayman Fishing Report Captain Stephen Ebanks of Reel Vibes Charters continues to provide a great experience to his charter guests! Grand Cayman Fishing Reports for March 20, 2022. After a slow morning trolling for wahoo at 12-Mile Bank, Captain Stephen switched up and set up to drift for yellowfin. That worked! His guest landed a 40lb yellowfin on the 2nd drift and on the 3rd drift they had a double hook up one yellowfin and one shark.  The yellowfin went into the fish bag and the shark was sent on his way. They trolled for wahoo again but, no strikes.  Reelvibes headed home with 2 “butterballs”  on ice and smiles on his guest faces. Grand Cayman Fishing Report Early Morning Bite! Full Fish Bag! Roshad Goff had lines in the water heading to Northwest Point before the sun was up.  Unforgettable Grand Cayman Fishing experience. It paid off big. He had a total of five quick strikes with 4 nice wahoo making it into the boat. The largest fish was about 40lbs.  That was his first. It was caught using a Nomad DXT on his Penn Tigra. The 3 other fish were caught using skirted ballyhoo on a variety of Island Lures. Roshad reported calm seas at sunrise, but that soon changed becoming rougher with 2′-4 waves and the SW current and North wind working against each other. After the 4th wahoo was in the boat, he headed back to Yacht Club, back at the dock by 8:45
