Grand Cayman Fishing Report for February 8, 2022 Captain Andrew Schirn of Y-Knot Charters display 2 good size wahoo they caught during the evening bite – 4-5 pm. They were trolling wireline off the East End of Grand Cayman.  They were using ballyhoo on Islanders. They reported calm seas with a slight chop. We had a few other reports of wahoo caught off the East End yesterday.  Seem likes it is hot

Sword Fight off of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman! Grand Cayman deep sea fishing yields two Swordfish for Captain Dom. Captain Dom from Cool Change Charters had a productive day fishing on Cool Change, his 33′ Intrepid, off the west side of Grand Cayman boating two excellent swordfish. Both came off of deep drops using an LP electric reel. Dominick caught his first fish using a whole squid as bait on the very first deep drop of the day. The 45-pound fish put up a 30 min fight. Grand Cayman Fishing Report for Jan 23, 2022 From Big Reef Charters, Captain Nigel Ebanks had a very productive morning of reef fishing in the North Sound. He targeted grunts, snapper, jacks, triggerfish, and other reef species. Techniques included anchoring, bottom fishing, and chumming. The wave conditions were 1′ or less.
