KNOTTY is a comfortable center console built for fishing. There is plenty of seating and some sun protection. KNOTTY has a fully enclosed cabin and an enclosed head (toilet). The Boat is powered by brand new twin Suzuki 300 hp engines. It is equipped with a t-top for sun protection, built-in fish boxes for your catch, and a great sound system. KNOTTY has plenty of comfortable seating on the bow or stern area.

The trip includes all the necessary fishing equipment, bait, ice fuel, and a cooler full of water and soft drinks.

Captain Andrew and his crew will take you to the best fishing areas. They will help you to understand the fishing techniques used on Grand Cayman.  They will guide you when a fish strikes to give you the best chance to land the fish.  Once aboard, they will settle the fish, get the hooks out, and clear the decks. They will help with photos and put the fish on ice.

They will fillet and package the fish for you if you would like.
