Grand Cayman Fishing Charters

Join Captain Omar aboard Morning Spirit- 34’Crusader. Morning Spirit is a great boat to fish. It handles the seas very well and with its wide beam, has plenty of room for up to six people to fish.
Morning Spirit is a fishing boat, plain and simple.  It has a big fishing area, and a fighting chair. The layout has plenty of space that is shaded from the sun. It also has a skybridge for those that want to work on their tan and layout. Morning Spirit can easily host 6 guest reef fishing. Morning Spirit is one of the best Grand Cayman fishing charters.

Captain Omar is a very seasoned angler.  His family has been fishing in the Cayman Islands for generations. He started fishing when he was a young boy with his father, uncles and cousis.  That experience translates to catching more fish. He loves the ocean, fishing and giving his charter guest the best experience possible. Now he is teaching his son what he knows about fishing and the ocean.

A 1/2 day reef fishing charter includes all the gear, bait, and ice you will need. In addition, Morning Sprit Charters provides bottled water, soft drink, and some snacks. You will fish for Snapper, Jacks, Grunts, Grouper, bonefish and other reef fish. In season you can dive for lobster and conch. Captain Omar and crew will even prepare a fresh conch salad right in front of your group!

Reef fishing is a great option for families and groups.  It differs from deep-sea fishing in that it is less technical, better for young children and less experienced angles.  When reef fishing you can absolutely expect to catch fish.  More experienced anglers will enjoy the variety of species.  Because these trips stay close to shore, it is easy to add a stop for snorkeling or to swim with the stingrays.
