Grand Cayman Fishing Report. Captain Chris from Captain Chris Charters showed his Grand Cayman deep sea fishing charter guest a great time. The group of 8 guests landed 8 fish, including a big Wahoo and a Mahi-Mahi.
Reel Slow is a 38′ Rampage Elite. Indeed, Reel Slow is perfect for large groups; this luxurious sport fishing yacht has plenty of space inside and out. Of course, the interior spaces of Reel Slow are air-conditioned and comfortable for those looking for relief from the sun. The full bathroom is clean and spacious. The upper deck is covered and offers great views and comfortable seating. As expected, the stern (rear) of Reel Slow is ready for fishing with outriggers, a downrigger, lots of rod holders, and a fighting chair.
Captain Chris did not disappoint the group of 8 visiting the islands and looking to do some Grand Cayman deep-sea fishing. The group caught a total of 8 fish, including Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, and Baracuda. Certainly, the big wahoo was a trophy catch. ” The Wahoo was 57″ long and weighed 50lbs!” boasts Captain Chris. This ocean predator had been feeding on blackfin tuna all morning. This sleek fish was caught on a marlin lure. A Mahi was caught on a wireline with a skirted ballyhoo, as were the Baracuda. All in all, a great day!
